After a warm welcome and a quick check-in, we were delighted to find ourselves in a charming balcony room, offering a lovely view of Winter Park town square. the hotel, with its vintage look and original keys, exudes an old-time charm that adds to its appeal. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. One of the highlights was the deck outside our room, adorned with beautiful plants, creating a serene ambiance reminiscent of New Orleans. the location was perfect for exploring the quaint town on foot, with the Park Plaza Hotel situated right in the heart of Winter Park. We loved the convenience of being able to walk to nearby attractions like the Charles Hosmer Morse Museum of American Art, where we marveled at the stunning Tiffany collection. The hotel's personalized service stood out, making us feel truly welcomed and valued. the sense of history in the building, from the exposed brick walls to the Bermuda shutters, added to the overall charm of the place.
